The Trustees are delighted to welcome Ash Morgan as our new Drop-in Manager, succeeding Andy Fairbairn who retires on 30 March.
Ash, who joined FiA on 1 March, has been working within the homelessness sector for a number of years. He turned to a career in community-facing work in the third sector after completing a masters degree in Global Criminology at the University of Roehampton.
Before joining our team Ash worked for Providence Row, providing frontline case work support to the homeless and vulnerably housed in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
Ash has previous experience in supporting homeless, vulnerable adults in Merton, having worked in the Merton Winter Night Shelter during its 2019-20 run, as well as volunteering at the Drop-in during the Covid-19 pandemic.
